Titled Hunkkaar: The Roar, the film will premiere on JioHotstar. It also stars Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and Arjun Mathur, among others. The film has been directed by Nitya Mehra and Karan Kapadia.

Produced by Birla Studios and Applause Entertainment, in association with Purple Pebble Pictures, Hunkkaar: The Roar is a Mangata Films production. The release date is yet to be announced.

This marks Aneet’s first release after the massive success of Saiyaara last year. She starred in the Mohit Suri directorial alongside debutant Ahaan Panday. The film broke several box office records and catapulted Ahaan and Aneet to fame. Besides Hunkkaar: The Roar, Aneet will also be seen in Maddock Films’ horror-comedy universe with Shakti Shalini, and Suri’s next with Panday.

As for Fatima Sana Shaikh, she was last seen in Gustaakh Ishq alongside Vijay Varma in 2025. She will also be seen in Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming series Teen Kauwe. The release date has not been announced yet.
